Regrowth Festival Acro Yoga

I was invited to teach an Acro Yoga workshop at Regrowth festival this year. Despite being at 7:45am we still had a turnout of about thirty attendees and everyone loved it. It was truly a joy to be able to share some knowledge with people and see them get excited about Acro.
